Please be aware you can only be signed up as a member or be reassessed at one of the following sites: The Great Northern Mall, Smithfield Market, East Belfast (Bloomfield Avenue), the Ulster Hospital and the Royal Victoria Hospital.

Our staff will carry out an assessment and you will be shown how to operate the scooter or wheelchair. Scooter membership will be granted based on a short practical assessment.

You will be issued a membership card, that you can use in all Shopmobility Belfast centres and Outreach Locations.

If you have a condition that may effect your ability to control mobility equipment e.g. epilepsy, diabetes, blackouts etc please contact our main office before applying for membership. It is important that you are able to fully control Shopmobility Belfast's equipment for health and safety and insurance reasons.
